A hilarious friendship

Whilst I faltered several relationships, one such was with a beloved friend of mine that ended up nastily and with the ill-tempered manner. Perhaps, it was boisterous or we never understood each other. Over the course of time, the friendship lasted nearly a decade but with unrest and tumultuous slumps. No one went any further to understand the appropriateness of each other. This can be another battle we have won. Nevertheless, it was worthless.
Despite anything to its contrary, we moved on but with absolute emptiness. Whilst we disliked each other, nevertheless we agreed on most occasions. This is something we were good at. We gathered at all junctures just to show as a part of ensemble and our presence at critical times. The shape or manner in which things come together was meaningless and perhaps directionless.

Not going by literary sense, our friendship was bespoken in many ways. It had more conjunctions therefore necessitating more complex problems.

I somehow felt that he is faking his identity thus intentions to deceive became increasingly clear. Half a decade ago, things were different. We use to drink together, probably to share all the corporate harassments and intense annoyance in which it was all handled. Sometimes, it was a torment, sometimes I could manage. Whilst our friendship gathered solid mass, we started to race together. I felt him to be the only close competitor or I was not exposed to the good ones. What was evident is that he was never fully complete. He had more distractions and worries than anyone I have seen. Neither he got drunk nor did he fall from dizzy height.

We had been out with few friends trying to sort out a common issue. We laughed, got drunk; fell from the chair, moved almost everywhere and physically almost out of what we called earth. He was always there but never there throughput. Couple of other friends felt the same way whilst we whispered with each other of his behaviour. The manner of acting or controlling himself over the course of the party was quite disgusting. There is nothing we could do other than letting him in.

I don't think I can remember every instance that has happened over the past five years but I surely would like to jot down a few that froze my memory. I was always with people whom I called friends who were not the ones whom I actually looked for, thus truncating the whole understanding. This shortening process was painful but hilarious. He moved along singing the same song I sang without understanding the boo of it.

Last two years have been literally funny and odd. He never let his mind loose. Abound by his versatile perpetual sadness; he always looked comical to me. As I continued to fend off my negative ears, it became completely obvious that he is more than a comic. The humorous sketch I had of him started to look grotesque.

He was never serene as he never knew what he wanted. He started whirling in circles trying new things disastrously. He always felt comfortable in a pseudo getup thus occulting his true picture completely. He reamed his heart out trying to prove what he was not. He got terrified by my attitude and my friends around him. He started whining all the time thus showing that the time has come to move on.

He fetched a girl-friend, moved around for a while. He felt the virtual cloud-nine for a moment and wrecked the relationship. He then accepted the established custom confessing his moral defeat. Things started becoming more evident and desperate. Someone built a fussy relationship that proposed his chaos for the later time. He reached the state of extreme confusion and disorder thus unable to maintain his surge. This periodic rise and fall saw the corporate takeover of his family putting him in total mayhem. He lost his people, confidence, trust therefore jolting into further mental mutilation.

Today, he has more worries than good things to speak for. He is now over-cautious of everything, trying to over-do unnecessary things. He is desperately trying to buy peace and solution that is hard to come by. The absence of ideas is making him do things that are probably unnecessary. The storm in which he started all of these is quite a blaze. Finally, he went go cold turkey of his pseudo life, thus showing his real identity.

He knuckled down to his extended family who took over the administration of his house by all potential sense. His nepotistic behaviour should burn the gas quite faster but the total amount of hilariousness is yet to be seen.

I'm terrified of this change and his inability of act. These harrowing times are quite surprising albeit showing signs of improvement. I'm not bothered who won but I would like to see a real man doing real things. To me, he was a good friend I once had and probably continue to watch and cherish what we spent together as a whole.

Those frenzy and crazy times!

Out of my personal archives

I do not call myself an expert photographer but I'm a thorough traveler and gets inclined to life outside the civilization. All these photographs are mostly captured during my off-roading excursions. I take pride in saying that none of my photographs are subjected to adjustment or editing. These are neat and right outside my Camera. Infact, few of them have been framed and demonstrated at my Harmony Hut. I would like to thank  Analog Photography Users Group (APUG) for helping me select right settings for a right photograph.

(above) - On my en route to Kanve Mane, I stopped to visit this privately owned Zoo. I got down from the traveling bus to encounter a closest possible capture.

(Above) - A cosmic look of a candle pot.

(Above) - We were returning from a Karting race where we stopped at a water-recycling plant. I found this to be a bit unusual as a lot was light was accidentally focused on it.

(Above) - The Greatest Son seized his engine near the Clute leaving a lot oil on the track. He was trying to overtake Bondanga and eventually had to give up. It was an unusual race where only two of us finished the race. This photograph portraits the obsolete side of the track. This side of the track is unused for most part of the year.

(Above) -  Beautiful creature I must say. Can you believe its is dead? I was heading back from Kanve Mane and saw this creature lying dead.

(Above) -  I happened to witness this great virtuoso with his devotion to Sarod and popularizing his music during a local concert. Ustad Amjad Ali Khan at his penultimate best.

(Above) - I shot this tulip in the night trying to give it a hazed look. It quit turned otherwise. Worth an effort.

(Above) - An eventful experience. I was thinking of packing my bags after my first lap collision with Binoth in Reims-Gueux. Binoth is known for his erratic driving but I somehow got caught in the mayhem.

(Above) - It looks like this boat is unused for quite a while. I got down to have a glimpse of this boat as it is made of hard wood. The best part of this place is that there are several such boats abandoned with no one around. Quite unusual.

(Above) - One of the first captures after entering the Goanese border. Infact, this is just few kilometers away from the Karnataka border and you can witness the difference. Roads are far more superior than Karnataka highways. In my view, the former Portuguese colony has better rules laid to their people.

(Above) - Photograph taken on the bridge that connects the old and new Goa.

(Above) - What can I say? Dr. Robert Severage crashed heavily on turn-1 and getting his tyres dismantled. Here are some of the remains of his car. The uncompromising turn-1 always offers excitement.

(Above) - This bunch of bud had grown as wallflowers. I wondered how on earth I managed to get this capture. It was quite small and looked nothing spectacular. In the end, it came out a bit different.

(Above) - My fellow photographs at Ramadeva Hills,KA. Those lenses would cost you a bomb. They kept adjusting their tripod several times so that they do not miss out on right sequence and angle.

The legacy of conservative mindsets

The speciality of unconventional writing is in its distinctiveness. I have been thinking for quite some time if I were to write a book. What would the subject be? Whom do I idolize? How it is all going to be? In the persuasion of it all, I started to write several short notes and only few of them saw the near end. I have taken the opportunity to put them on my Blogger and many thanks to those who have well received. I have been a martyr myself in the past and have gone through several changes as part of a conventional upbringing. For some reason, I could not put all the things together and I separate them after I went through my notes.

I have been closely living with several eccentrics but I barely remember them now. I was always fascinated to meet extraordinary people and those who are off the beaten track. The earth’s crust is made up of different people and only few of them look and appear interesting. There could be several reasons to it. I may say this in a prudently manner and with sound judgment. The essentials of time and the factor in which they are achieved are perhaps unique in its own way. We call this perception.

How could one judge a person with complete thoroughness? I strongly doubt it. There cannot be a conventional method or a basis in which they are assumed or arrived. During my formative years, I never had the intensity to examine or cross question the footstep in which I was made to walk. Those were the same years where we were hacked with the religious perils.

The narrow-mindedness and the inappropriateness are so unfitting that it makes one feel that we are walking on the dry ice. I perhaps felt at one point that we are becoming so congenial that we may end up being someone else. My concerns with practical matter thus became very evident. Similar to most of my fellows, I was walking through my father’s footsteps without knowing or acknowledging what was right and wrong. I perhaps had the leverage to conceive my ideas to an extent regardless of its nature.
If I remember it correctly, I wanted to write about my friends, relatives and foes. I’m not sure if this is appropriate. I do not want to be malicious by calling names but I may go close to it. I have no intention to know or write what they are but how and where they influenced me.

In my opinion, confronting or getting in line with the conservative mindsets of the good-old 1980s has been the most difficult task. The conjugation of mediocre forces always makes you feel or believe they are right albeit the actual fact. The flowing stream of forces against one single might be still a big ask. The feeling of intense annoyance created by mediocre minds can be of extreme distress and torment. The younger generation went further in exploring the ocean of joy thus creating a generation gap. This created a whole new vibe.
When did we start realizing this? I don’t know. There is no time or state of matters associated with it. The vibe filled the void and bought immense dissatisfaction amongst the conservative minds. Most of these conservative minds do not wish to be questioned or challenged. They have tried to rule the lines for a long time and do not wish to be disturbed. These conservative minds are mostly elders hailing from a 1980s prime era. Through the colors of wisdom, academic qualification and bank balance was measured to be the key success factor amongst these conservative minds.

Going by what they declare success or failures; success to them means conventional academics with engineering approach (not creative or scientific approach), most preferably a software development job, good bank balance, mostly settle at home without any adventurous habits, day job, travelling bus and vegetarian. These conservative minds even think non-vegetarian eaters are often and mostly aggressive. They fear their life if being questioned or formally objected. They prefer someone who is meek, weak or silent characters. Innovation to them means leading life in most conventional way. They have to be god fearing, respect and just obey the elders and so on.

These conservative minds consider people to be failures or lower in rank when a person tests the limits of life, take an unconventional route, being aggressive, not always silent but questions, do not follow the father’s footsteps and do not pay utmost important to engineering academics. The conservative minds label them as rebellious and outrageous. They ask their fellows to evade such people as if they are going to kill them. This hilarious behavior is often and mostly found in people of the bygone era and also in middle-class families.

There is no specific requisite for being conservative, conventional or orthodox. I was once told that anyone who has not failed has not tried anything new. Going by this saying, the conservative minds stay away from experiments which make them feel insecure or might be at loss. They are normally good at conversation. One who talks to them should feel that they really experience what they speak but they are just distance admirers. These conservative minds do not want to venture into any sort of unconventional lifestyle. Basically, they do not have a strong blood and class of their own. They are mostly dictated by their financial savings, baby-sit their children and attend religious ceremonies. Even from the early age, the conservative minds feed this into their children’s minds so that they meet their expectation.
I have a classic example. A family of conservative minds attends a matrimonial service and demands for like-minded brides. They claim their requirement to be quite simple yet complex. In contrary to what they claim, it is quite hilarious looking at their demands. In most cases, the couples are not allowed to speak. The opinions of the couples are not taken into consideration. The talk or discussion takes place between the elders (conservative minds) of the family and they are mostly likely exchanging demands. The parents of the bridegroom look for the money or property brought by a woman to her husband at marriage whilst the parents of bride have funnier demands. They are interested to know if the bridegroom has attained the highest possible engineering academics, software development job, desk phone, visiting card, travelling bus, own house, bank balance, salary slips, bank statements, passport and finally a complete background verification check which may include DNA tests. The background verification checks are performed on both sides for various reasons which may include past love affairs, religious compliance, neighbor’s ratings and criminal clearance. In the quest of it all, parents of both sides basically forget if the bride or the bridegrooms are going live happily. If the conservative minds fail with their decision, then they blame it on their fate. Mostly they excuse their mistakes to experience.

Once both sides receive positive response from background verification checks (BVC), marriage is agreed upon and takes place cordially. The drama is far from over. The parents of the bridegroom shift their attention from monetary benefits to extending their family. The couples are given exactly nine months after the marriage to dispatch a child. The reason stated in the demand is to extend the family and simultaneously baby-sit at the old age. These are stringent obligations and they expect 100% compliance.

Some software engineers go even further. The moment they get married, they die hard for an onsite visit (at least for a period of one year) so that the wife can deliver the baby there. This automatically provides citizenship to the baby and also qualifies for being a non-resident Indian (NRI). This mostly happens due to their frequent onsite visits. Their wife might have boarded the flight for the very first time but she is merely used for this ugly deed. Some couples plan for back-to-back kids depending on their onsite stay. If not, one of them would be unfortunate and may be born back home. The very minimal expectation of conservative minds is back-to-back grandchildren. The wishes of the couples should be swept aside. They call this effective and efficient family planning.

Most of these conservative minds are absent minded to practical matters. They live in the world of unrestrictive imagination and passing the baton is the only thing they are good at. There are several socialistic problems which are swept aside as they may not bring any benefit personally.

The last thing I want to talk is their great opposition to nocturnal lifestyle. It is assumed from mediocre minds that nocturnal lifestyle is an advert to trouble and is practiced only by irresponsible people.

Unsurmountable Bojagopal and his close aids

Disclaimer: The below mentioned story does not reflect or resemble anyone dead or alive. This is ficticious and is purely based on the imagination of the author. The author therefore takes no responsibility for any claim or allegation made towards this connotation.

I have been thinking of a lengthy write-up on Bojagopal for quite some time but somehow slipped through the cracks most of the times. I have finally managed to write on Bojagopal which was lingering in my mind for quite some time. I'm neither a personal admirer nor a follower of Bojagopal. I do not know him personally either. There has been any closed sources story telling me about Bojagopal which made me write a note such as this. Bojagopal is no pragmatic and prudent. His absence on concerns over practical matters is nil and his fundamental ideologies lack pragmatic views.
Bojagopal was once closely aligned with my friend's group and that's how I know him with whatever he is. Bojagopal hails from a highly conservative family with a closed mindset where rigidity takes precedence over knowledge. Some of his close aids and family members are so closed minded that they consider academic degree is everything and people with creative skills or excelled in other genres are totally useless. Some of them have even made this statement in public domain and feel proud of what they are and consider that to be correct. Bojagopal on the other hand is no different. He adjoins his aids with the old school of thoughts and practices what he was taught and fed. I do not want to dwell more about his close aids but the very subjective narration of Bojagopal is interesting.

Bojagopal and his close aids consider love marriage a sin irrespective of his questionable behavior. One of his close aids is also responsible for inventing planned marriage which is a substitute of love and arranged marriage. Bojagopal's tradition clearly states that the elders take the call and the chicken is cut and sacrificed. There have been numerous instances where his close aides have been caught red-handed taking decisions that are either illogical or lacks scientific justification.
Having said more about his close aids, Bojagopal might subside to the side role. If so, then the purpose is beaten. Either ways, there is no scope for improvement for his close aids. They have lived that way for so many decades and are also proud of what they are. Bojagopal is very careful and selfish when passing comments on others. He has selfish gains in most of the allegations he makes on others. Bojagopal gets support from his close aids when a blunder is committed whereas others get the beating. Bojagopal supports his close aids as well as receives support for obvious reasons.

Bojagopal is equally instrumental for his misdeeds and somewhere somehow gets covered. As we move on, I feel the urge to cover more about his close aids rather than just covering Bojagopal. It probably makes sense. I sense whatever Bojagopal is today, it is congregated by his close aids and amalgamation of old school of thoughts.
Personally, Bojagopal has always failed to take concrete steps nor revolted during a period of an action of injustice. It was mostly for his benefit and in his common interests. His close aides have always been rigid and senseless. They hail from such an extreme rigid background that they are willing to prove the world that it’s otherwise.

I would like to underline that his close aids once held responsible positions in the society and have been famous for various deeds even though witness is yet to be seen. They are highly conventional and never want to risk off-reading their life or their people. They strongly urge their aids to stay away from such a want and just are a mediocre element in the society. Their mediocreness is highly appreciated by his close aids as there is no risk involved. I met few of them in the past and found they are probably from medieval period or probably representing Stone Age. Most of their beliefs are either illogical or baseless. Their advices are inconsiderate and tasteless. I was once told that love marriage is the sin as people might tend to marry other from a different caste and caste plays paramount in their life. Religion, caste, creed and color are the most prominent demands of his close aids and would never want to deviate or state that in public.
Bojagopal did involve in questionable activities but his close aids covered it. The entire event went around for more than five years but nothing came out to the limelight. Bojagopal is now married and has taken responsibility as a mediocre man. His financial success and highly desired academic degree pleased his aids as well as industry.

Going by the old school of thoughts, Bojagopal and his close aids deem success when a person earns more money, has no loans, married with back-to-back kids, stay at home most of the times, zero adventure, should possess software job, desk-phone and a day job. This requirement later became the character of "Real Man".
Birth and raise of "Real Man"

A lot of mediocre senior citizens joined hands with ultra-safe people and gave birth to real-man. Real-mans is usually risk free and avoids taking concrete decisions. They are also highly religious and weigh success purely by academic degree and pay package. Real Mans mostly make friends and select people based on caste, creed and color but it is not spoken in public. They are mostly artificial and lead a pseudo life. Their outward thinking and expressions are never true and they tend to hide them due to extreme fear and discomfort. There are so many Indians doing it and we may probably know a lot. In the past, a lot of Government official's children were asked and groomed to be that way and those who jail-break the running tradition are labeled rebellious. These are mostly found in middle and lower middle class families.
Real mans are overly concerned of financial savings and producing back-to-back kids and just dedicate the entire life to family and within. They cannot or did not imagine life beyond that point. Most of the valuable inventions and adventures are done by those who took risks. Real mans are distant admirers in most of the things and are happy to be that way. They are simply satisfied by the straight road and silver spoon and prohibit any chance of experiencing rocky roads.

The surmountableness of real mans are unsurmountable. Their thoughts are very vivid after having reached the highest possible saturation. Their views are normally inflated and far from reality. Their elders, close aids and others representing old school of thought often supports this behavior and encourages riskless life.
My intuition towards knowing the old school of thought

The era of 1980s has been a major transformation in all our lives. Mostly, the middle class represented the old school of thought. What is this old school of thought? We generally call people who are highly conservative, rigid, narrow-minded, close-minded, unwilling, half-certified-wit, biased and illogical people fall under the old school of thoughts. These people are normally egoistic, self-centric, eccentric and bizarre. They spread disease like a dog and always wish to get this decisions upheld. They believe in rigidity more than knowledge or science. They make statements that are worthless but they expect everyone to follow it. The majority of Indians fall under old school of thoughts and this is unfortunate. Most of Bojagopal’s close aids quality to be in the old school of thoughts including him. There is nothing much left to talk or write about them.
The rise and fall of Bojagopal

The paradigm of Bojagopal is his morbid vision. He has also been the epicenter of all disasters. Having known his for a short while, it sufficed to make a statement that no improvement could be found. Majority of Bojagopal’s close aides are from the old school of thought and he was thoroughly supported for his deeds and action. He was therefore considered to be a half-certified wit. He is also a clown for his ridiculous behavior. He has ridiculed a lot of people and has taken people for surprise by his rigid behavior which he inherited from his very close aid. His rise was during the time when his entire close aids where physically and mentally strong and supported him unconditionally for his academic qualification and his artificial dedication. There was a peace maker in one of his close aids whose sole responsibility was to hide truth and justice. This is in practice even to this date. Now that most of his close aides are either demented or brainsick, Bojagopal has feverish options to choose from. His fall has begun.
Whilst each day has come to pass, Bojagopal is getting sicker and sicker whilst the others are having a prudent life. Stop existing and start living.

"There is no such thing called freedom" - A thought based on the 2011 Independence Day ride

I have known Vishal Agarwal since 2009. It was then we decided to form a group with similar motorbike enthusiasts and common vision. In a span of a month or two; we managed to find four members and this caused the inception of the group. Even though most of them are either unavailable or have sold the motorbike, we still rely on the common platform of common interests.

Vishal Agarwal, Sharath Nayak and I have been the old wigs even though my presence is hardly felt as I pay feverish visits. Vishal Agarwal and Sharath Nayak have carried the baton and have developed a unique group consisting of wonderful people. There have been more than fifty rides till date and I might have attended around fifteen of them. All those that I have attended have either been eventful or exciting. The uniqueness of this group is in its difference. We always have new faces with enthusiastic expression.

Vishal Agarwal has been the glute of the group and has established a name for it. Sharath Nayak is technical oriented and has vast amount of knowledge in the world of automobile. Sharath Nayak also possesses motorbikes of other manufacturers outside YAMAHA and is a proud collector. Sharath Nayak hails from the state's greenbelt and also has a brother (Amrith Nayak) who dwells beyond normal vision. Both the brothers formed Nayak Brothers carrying out various activities in the automobile arena.

Vishal Agarwal was named "Captain Coconut" for his immense dedication to the group and demonstrating his leadership skills. Almost all the rides organized by the group are more or less arranged by Vishal Agarwal. His deputy (Arun Gupta) has equally been instrumental in supporting his chief's vision as well as capturing rare moments. Vishal Agarwal has now spread the message across the country and the boundary has been endless.

Vishal Agarwal named the group "YAMAHA RD-350" and the group has taken numerous name changes. Even though the vision of the group remains unchanged, there is no short in addition of new members and equally several old faces have disappeared. I must say, this could happen to any group of similar interests. Vishal Agarwal associated the group with Bangalore Bikers, Bikers of India (BoI), YAMAHA RD-350, Bangalore RD-350 and other motorbike groups.

Vishal Agarwal also formed Bikers of India (BoI) to unite other biking groups along with other manufacturers. His message and vision is spreading faster than speed of light. We may soon see a united group consisting of more riders with various manufacturers. Almost all the nearby locations have been discovered and several places have been revisited as well. Avalabetta has been the hunting ground of Vishal Agarwal. He has visited this place more than three times with various groups as part of PR (Public Relations) activity.

Vishal Agarwal joined hands with Bangalore Bikers to ride with larger group. This is second of its kind with the first one being a thorough commercial establishment with more than one hundred YAMAHA RDs arrived and went. It was to the ride to the Rocks and some YAMAHA RDs experienced tumultuous behavior while climbing the rocky flakes. It was all good in the end and new lessons learnt. The weather was cloudy overall but it was a different experience with the test of echoes. Vishal Agarwal extended his vision even further.

The Bangalore RD-350 group (sister concern of YAMAHA RD-350) recently arranged the 2011 Independence Day ride to Avalabetta. This is the third ride as a group but with former guise. The early birds (Vishal Agarwal, Sharath Nayak and I) attended the event to make it eventful. There were several riders along the way but some old faces were certainly missing. The ride was no doubt jubilant as we had new faces to interact. Vishal Agarwal emphasized his vision to all of those as he continued to extend the bridge of his biking excellence. The ride took almost four hours of travel and no wreckage experienced. This is one of the sane and flat rides I have ever experienced with this group. There were no mechanical issues or causalities. All that goes well ends well. The premonition arrived but dead and buried.

The group is now considering going online and making this vision, a statement. Vishal Agarwal and Sharath Nayak have been dazzlingly skilled and virtuosos in their own domains. Both technically acquainted and vision driven people, both of whom I know since the inception of the group. I have assured them of helping a bit while setting up and organizing the whole thing, a whole new vibe.

YAMAHA RD-350 - truly lives in the heart of millions, touching your heart and ride the passion.

Did you do enough to be a Corporatist? (Part-2)

I have not paid enough attention to complete this connotation in great detail but the rationale behind doing this as fast as possible is to ensure my grotesque ideas goes flawlessly and unscathed. The very narration of this article is a combination of my thoughts and never ending perceptions. These are inhabited with strong ideas perceived over one another. There were several ideas that were spent thoughtlessly which have been inappropriate but they are very abysmal in nature. I see so many useless and ineffective employees occupying critical positions in an organization and needless to say they are ineffective. We can call this as an effective paradigm of modern times.

Companies that lack engineering and scientific approach often falls short of being a protagonist thus my skepticism continue ever after. Relation within the organization is even more absorbing while employees continue to treat their managers as fierce god. Only few are preferred and they are those who are in those thick lines of the organization and no longer aim for stronger motives. One thing I must admit is the way everyone is administered. This is indeed very prudent and shameful.

In continuation to my connotation, there are those hilarious facts;

Performance improvement plan (PIP)
Performance improvement plan has always been the automated process to drive an employee outside of the organization and this often related to a patient residing on Coma. There are feverish chances where one gets out of PIP and later be considered for his overwhelming performance. There could be several reasons for one to get exposed or be in the bad books of the management. There are times where an employee is labeled a bad employee after showing intense dislike over the governance or the way he/she is being treated.

Strategic approach
There has never been a thing that is unknown to man which is created by him. The strategic approach is nothing but a propaganda launched by certain people who envy capable ones in most cases. In other words, he would have spoken against him or disagreed on something that is lucrative. Here, ego becomes paramount. The strategic approach is a process of sadistic execution where the wrong ones win over the right ones.

What is Corporate English? And how is it different from normal English?
Corporate English is a language found in hard-to-find places and spoken by those where dictionary plays a mere reference without context. The phonological language to disprove familiarity to something hardly known but pretend to know more than you actually know. Corporate English need not have to make sense in grammatical way. It should sound sharp where the intension should be morbid and obscure. Corporate English is usually spoken by mediocre minds and is becoming very popular with the young junks. These modern youth normally use fake ascent that is normally horrible to hear in most cases. Normal English is what we normally let to learn at schools and has appropriate grammatical structure to every sentence you frame. On the other hand, Corporate English has no patents and is a freeware. Anyone who can twist around his tongue and who can frame sentences with least importance to grammar will win the game.

People eventually quit managers and not companies
The terrible fumbling nature quite often exists in most companies. It is true that everyone knows that people swap jobs based on pay, position and satisfaction unless there are exceptions. But that is vaguely untrue. Employee starts realizing all of these only when he falls fray with his manager. I'm not sure how this coincidence is programmed. Whenever there are de-motivating moments, an employee looks at the job site thinking for a better day without realizing his manager is also looking for your replacement. It is true that company can surely find a replacement for you and it is equally true that you can find a replacement for your company equally soon. Be informed that your talent will never go wasted if you can make correct moves at the right time. When a company is desperate to hire people for a key position or unable to hold charge of their client, they are forced to pay whatever you ask. But these are less in frequency but never mind, they are sought quite often. My friend once wrote a lengthy email to his management informing the ill-deeds of his manager and human resources just turned to be what they are. It is very critical to know that nothing will be done to a person who represents the management. For them, your manager is always right. He therefore put his manager is the worst possible situation before departing from his organization. I disagree with what he did and deem it as unethical. Companies pay us and we need to be sincere if not at all times.

Data/ report/ graphs without passing the minds of either
Collecting data is one thing, making full use of it is another. In most cases, the data becomes the information from your machine to your audience' machine without passing the minds of either. This is the way of the world. We are never pragmatic and are least concerned about the practical matters. The pivot about which a lever turns is the difference between necessity and requirement. Thus we reach the state of being indispensable.

The concept of treating your boss as a fierce god
The fundamentalism of surviving in a corporate industry is to be in the good books of the boss. In most cases, managers’ makes or breaks careers and such is the case of almost everyone. The management decides the funneling system in which the fortune is cascaded till the last level possible and the exit route is finally shown. Human Resource has always been the shabbiest department I have ever seen. Most of their words are either a lie or factually untrue. Human Resource is a mechanism used by the management to show legal possibilities to achieve their aim. It could be pre-decided appraisals, job posting results or an announcement in the form of propaganda. The concept of treating your boss as a fierce god continues unless someone shatters the glass with even-harder engineering approach. I still have a flimsy line as we Indians are a scarred lot and talk more and achieving less.

Open door policy ending in closed doors
Whenever someone speaks about the open-door policy, it makes me laugh and at all times, they are either hilarious or so disgusting that you resign from thinking. The paradox of this statement is that it contradicts itself when spoken or heard. I have never seen a management considering a decision after having a discussion in an open door mechanism. There are fewerish people with pragmatic mindset who are still considerate about practical matters. These are no longer subtle and this mechanism has grown beyond correction

I would close this connotation is fairly abrupt fashion living a lot of matters untouched. I see no other means as I am not the one who could or have the will to correct this system. This is a never ending race and I make a careful decision in not to participate in this senseless deed.

Disclaimer: I do not direct the above connotation on anyone or any organization keeping as instance. These are based on my pure thoughts and it necessarily does not reflect on anyone dead or alive. I therefore hold no responsibility on any claims made in this regard

Did you do enough to be a Corporatist? (Part-1)

During my formative years, I rarely got exposed to the area of Computer Science. Last twenty years have changed our art of living. A complete fabrication in a grand scheme. During the last quarter of the century, all the endowed people got the best jobs while the remaining bunch of mediocre minds were left to reinvent the wheel. These mediocre minds hail from an averaged background carrying rigid mindsets. These minds later went on to rule to corporate world.

We may have observed people marked by intense agitation in their professional life. Many of them were left in a disgraceful position for not having their efforts recognized. Most of this is an augmentation of stress and armageddon of the brains. Most of these mediocre minds established their kingdoms without fundamental science and lack of essential grounds. These kingdoms went on to become ruthless organizations.

These organizations vetoed the traditional way of functioning and brought changes that was brute forced. Last ten years have completely changed our essence of living. These organizations coveted the mediocre minds who went on to ruin the technological developments.

One of the large organization's recycled aims were to give birth to the service industry. This could not have gone any better and dented the hopes even further. All the blue-collared jobs were fabricated into colorful templates and started pouching people through diplomatic and corporate channels.

Even though I do not wish to dip this any deeper; I wish to emphasize on those things that have changed all our lives. The beginning of the end as we look away into the cosmic world. Most certainly, the language used by these mediocre minds sounds hilarious and nothing more than a hard-bound cosmos.

Look at my calender and schedule a meeting;
Back in the 80s, large organizations use to have departmental meetings once a month and review their organizational focus. Today, we have people asking every other person to look at his calender and schedule a meeting to discuss trivial issues. It seems that we have lost the meaning of calender what we have traditionally known. These are people who are trying to save minutes after having wasted hours. I fail to understand the objectives of these minds who cannot even look at their own work schedule and accommodate sometime for common use. "Looking at calender" is probably the very first way to wreck the English language. People are fascinated in using sentences which are grammatically incorrect and adds no meaning to its existence.

Throw some light;
During the olden days; we use to have discussion boards and meeting rooms to discuss the organizational motives and their sales approach. The presenter use to emphasize on those points that are essential during the discussion. Today, we have people "throwing lights" at sentences that gives no meaning to its existence and adds no value to what they are saying. People who can achieve nothing individually gather with similar bunch to decide nothing can be achieved together.

It is in the pipeline
This sentence makes me breathe a sigh. We were familiar with the usage of word "ongoing" or "underway" when a program has been undertaken and is in full function for a certain period. It sounds so hilarious when an ill-fated corporate employee develops a habit of using this newly learnt language just to qualify for an half-certified wit. How good are we in describing the difference between "pipeline" or "drainage" when we sound so hilarious by giving an dazed look?
Preferential treatment
The very feel is neoclassical. Even from the days of pre-independence to our current state of affairs, preferential treatment has always been there and will continue to exist. This manifesting partiality is no different in the corporate world but the science of its existence is at a different degree. This informal way of upholding one against another could be termed as preferential treatment. We reach a state of being carried away by overwhelming emotion uttered by the management for their unfulfilled promises and euphoric expressions. Preferential treatment has always been there and will continue to exist for the years to come. This rogue behavior with no moral science often ends up in bitter disarray or frustration from either sides of the divide. Some compromise as they would have stagnancy and some disintegrates with their work and later be labelled as non productive. This is a form of predisposition of one over another even before the worth is known.

Nature in a capture

Just like any other year-end journey, I did want to make this a bit different than usual. I travelled to North Canara to tap some unexplored glory. A quality of strong personality and magnetism to nature with a self-centered desire to capture them through my photographs could not have gone any better.

The very nature and its ruggedness demanded extra fidelity and endurance. The very trip was holy. It required splendid minds to appreciate the ever-ending beauty. We started our journey and stopped in a nearby village to fetch our food. We then headed to the green zone when the heaven was awaiting. It was a complete disconnection from the locomotive world. I felt the silence of streams as we travelled far away from civilization. This peice of green belt was untapped and thus my appreciation is far from over. We have so much of unrest in our urban life which is hard to define or express.

We were in the circumvent of nature and had no clue of what the urbanization could be. It just took a while to discharge the robotic urbanization from my body. I had so many ideas which I perceived but was unsure if I could make it come together. All of that had to come off, all at once. I had an opportunity to feel the entire sunset on a silent beach. I had all of them captured in my motive sprits. I paid close attention especially to the elements around the beach. I had swings and whirls heading towards me in a perpetual motion. I tried to swim this never ending occean. It was total bliss.

I had this instinct even during my formative years. It was very obscure in the beginning but started to become clear as the days passed by. It all stayed as a part of evoking lifelike images in the bygone era. All of these were made sublimal in the last decade or so when I started to decipher the obscure nature. I had to shunt several desires to be what I got today, a state of extreme happiness.

The absence of contemporary life was never felt during my entire journey. It was seriously thoughtful of this idea to make it a reality. Reasons and theories abound; I was never perplexed even for once. The sunny spots of greenery was in my realm of senses. Life in a village is peaceful, calm and quiet. The natural beauty and greenery is a feast for the eyes. Life is slow in village when compared to a city. These villages have cobbled roads and neighbours in these places live like a family. I felt like continuing this vagrancy for eternity. Every way you turn, the fields stretch so green.

I end my connotation by saying that one should feel the real life on those off-roaders and slide away from urbanization for a while.

Durrjanatheertha and Sajjanatheertha - The eponym of Good and Bad....

Some of the conversations between ‘Durrjanatheertha’ and ‘Sajjanatheertha’ vaguely reminds me of ‘Bohr-Einstein’ conversations. The fundame...
