Did you do enough to be a Corporatist? (Part-1)

During my formative years, I rarely got exposed to the area of Computer Science. Last twenty years have changed our art of living. A complete fabrication in a grand scheme. During the last quarter of the century, all the endowed people got the best jobs while the remaining bunch of mediocre minds were left to reinvent the wheel. These mediocre minds hail from an averaged background carrying rigid mindsets. These minds later went on to rule to corporate world.

We may have observed people marked by intense agitation in their professional life. Many of them were left in a disgraceful position for not having their efforts recognized. Most of this is an augmentation of stress and armageddon of the brains. Most of these mediocre minds established their kingdoms without fundamental science and lack of essential grounds. These kingdoms went on to become ruthless organizations.

These organizations vetoed the traditional way of functioning and brought changes that was brute forced. Last ten years have completely changed our essence of living. These organizations coveted the mediocre minds who went on to ruin the technological developments.

One of the large organization's recycled aims were to give birth to the service industry. This could not have gone any better and dented the hopes even further. All the blue-collared jobs were fabricated into colorful templates and started pouching people through diplomatic and corporate channels.

Even though I do not wish to dip this any deeper; I wish to emphasize on those things that have changed all our lives. The beginning of the end as we look away into the cosmic world. Most certainly, the language used by these mediocre minds sounds hilarious and nothing more than a hard-bound cosmos.

Look at my calender and schedule a meeting;
Back in the 80s, large organizations use to have departmental meetings once a month and review their organizational focus. Today, we have people asking every other person to look at his calender and schedule a meeting to discuss trivial issues. It seems that we have lost the meaning of calender what we have traditionally known. These are people who are trying to save minutes after having wasted hours. I fail to understand the objectives of these minds who cannot even look at their own work schedule and accommodate sometime for common use. "Looking at calender" is probably the very first way to wreck the English language. People are fascinated in using sentences which are grammatically incorrect and adds no meaning to its existence.

Throw some light;
During the olden days; we use to have discussion boards and meeting rooms to discuss the organizational motives and their sales approach. The presenter use to emphasize on those points that are essential during the discussion. Today, we have people "throwing lights" at sentences that gives no meaning to its existence and adds no value to what they are saying. People who can achieve nothing individually gather with similar bunch to decide nothing can be achieved together.

It is in the pipeline
This sentence makes me breathe a sigh. We were familiar with the usage of word "ongoing" or "underway" when a program has been undertaken and is in full function for a certain period. It sounds so hilarious when an ill-fated corporate employee develops a habit of using this newly learnt language just to qualify for an half-certified wit. How good are we in describing the difference between "pipeline" or "drainage" when we sound so hilarious by giving an dazed look?
Preferential treatment
The very feel is neoclassical. Even from the days of pre-independence to our current state of affairs, preferential treatment has always been there and will continue to exist. This manifesting partiality is no different in the corporate world but the science of its existence is at a different degree. This informal way of upholding one against another could be termed as preferential treatment. We reach a state of being carried away by overwhelming emotion uttered by the management for their unfulfilled promises and euphoric expressions. Preferential treatment has always been there and will continue to exist for the years to come. This rogue behavior with no moral science often ends up in bitter disarray or frustration from either sides of the divide. Some compromise as they would have stagnancy and some disintegrates with their work and later be labelled as non productive. This is a form of predisposition of one over another even before the worth is known.

  1. The relative velocity in which these corporate elements travel is weird and flabbergasting.
